Return & Exchange Timeframe
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items. This gives you ample time to ensure your equestrian gear meets your performance and style expectations.
Condition Requirements
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- With all tags attached
- In original packaging
- Free from any signs of wear, dirt, or damage
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gloves (for hygiene reasons)
- Grooming or Pest Control Supplies (safety regulations)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance

We’ll respond within 1-2 business days with your Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions. - Package Your Items
Include the original packing slip and ensure items are in original condition with tags attached. - Ship Your Return
Send your package to our returns address using a trackable shipping method. We recommend insuring your return. - Processing
Once received, we’ll inspect your items and process your return or exchange within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
Refund Timeline:
- Credit card/PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days after processing
- Bank transfers: 7-14 business days after processing
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Process
Prefer a different size or color? Exchanges follow the same process as returns. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll ship your requested exchange item promptly. If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
