Two hundred grams of fill provide excellent warmth in this Highlander Turnout. Please note that this is only the turnout, the neck rug is sold separately.

With spacious shoulder gussets your horse will have plenty of freedom, and no rubs. There is an optional neck rug (sold separately) if you want to add additional coverage.

Shires Highlander Turnout rugs are manufactured using ShireTex advanced breathable fabrics. Tough and durable, these fabrics are coated with a specially formulated hydrophilic coating which is designed to attract excess sweat and moisture. The difference in air temperature between the inside and the outside of the rug then draws this sweat/moisture to the outside of the rug where it dissipates into the atmosphere. ShireTex fabrics are tested under controlled conditions to ensure their suitability for horse rugs and blankets.
